Taking this show on the road

Maddy went to Indianapolis over Labor Day weekend to visit her family there.  We spent the night at her Grandpa's apartment in north Chicago to break up the trip.  It was a nice, crisp, fall weekend; she loved the weather!



She did great on the car ride to Indy; she woke up crying only one time -- and that was right when we were pulling off the highway to stop and feed her!  The trip back was a different story...

 

She got to meet her Uncle Jason, Aunt Heidi and cousin Max!

Her Grandma Gerner made a gorgeous smocked dress/bonnet for her that she tried on -- it was hard getting a picture when she wasn't crying!
